UK Orders

I post all UK orders at no additional cost to you.

I carefully package all orders using recycled packaging materials. Boxes may arrive with other branding on them and tissue paper may have some tears.

I choose to reuse the packaging from deliveries to myself and my family for my business. Perhaps not best for my brand but better for the environment - it's what's on the inside that counts!

If I don't have appropriate packaging at my disposal I purchase the most eco-friendly and recyclable packaging I can source.

All orders, unless custom or personalised, are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Custom or personalised order dispatch times are dependant on the item and either mentioned in product description or discussed in email communications.

Dreamcatchers, larger crystals and custom items are sent with Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Smaller items are shipped using Royal Mail Second Class delivery. This service is not tracked but I have always found it reliable.

International Orders

Currently I am only shipping internationally via my Etsy Shop.
